the location offered easy access to rossio square around the corner, it allowed for convenient exploration. a supermarket was conveniently located underneath the hotel for any necessities. the room had three beds in the main area and one in a separate smaller room, i found it was suitable for our needs. reception staff were helpful and available when i needed them.
the absence of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience.
