great location easy access good pressure
The location was AMAZING. I found metro access very close. The grocery store beside the hotel proved convenient for water and snacks. The shower had good water pressure, which I appreciated.
The front desk sometimes seemed not very nice.

A SUPERMARKET was conveniently located underneath the hotel, i could grab any essentials. Near restaurants were also available.

this hotel is centrally located. a grocery store sits right next door, a convenience i greatly appreciate. my room had three twin beds. the room felt spacious.

mediocre experience
unhelpful staff broken wifi
the check-in procedure was easy.
i was disappointed that the room i booked, a superior double room, was actually a standard double room. also, the front desk staff did not seem interested in resolving this issue. furthermore, the wifi did not work and i had to purchase an esim data plan.

Acceptable but with Issues
dirty corners strong perfume
The location is central providing convenient access to transportation options and local attractions.
The bathroom showed a lack of proper maintenance I found long hairs on the floor that were not mine I also noticed dirt in the shower corners The window handle was loose making it difficult to open The perfume used was too strong it created an unpleasant environment when entering the room.

easy walk acceptable location mold in bathrooms unclean place
the location was acceptable as it made it easy enough to walk around.
i was not happy when i saw mold in the bathrooms near the showers. there were also hairs on the cushions when i first arrived. it reminded me of it wasnt the cleanest place.

ideal location convenient supermarket separate room helpful staff
the location offered easy access to rossio square around the corner, it allowed for convenient exploration. a supermarket was conveniently located underneath the hotel for any necessities. the room had three beds in the main area and one in a separate smaller room, i found it was suitable for our needs. reception staff were helpful and available when i needed them.
the absence of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience.

the room setup included three beds located in the primary area, this offered flexible sleeping arrangements. there was a separate smaller roomwith additional space. a supermarket downstairs offered practical access to groceries.

i did notice a supermarket right underneath the hotelwith a practical way to grab essentials. this was especially helpful, providing easy access to food and other supplies, without having to venture far.
